In today's construction environment it can be difficult to know where to begin.
The NJ State Legislature has done nothing to make the consumer more secure in their purchases within the industry. While
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engineering and architecture all have strict licensing guidelines the general contractors, carpenters
and other tradesmen have little to no regulation. Our company has been lobbying NJ State legislators for years to resolve
the current loopholes in the system that allow homeowners to remain so vulnerable in their investing.
Our company was designed with a simple premise: To provide construction services that would protect the homeowner,
keep them informed, and remedy the current failures of the State Legislature. Our founder, owner and operator, Christopher
Garner, returned from college with an education in ethics. As ironic as our potential customers find it, our past customers
can see its worth. Chris strives to achieve his lofty goal of running a construction company that is as professional as any
other company would be.
While he worked in construction in Boston, MA to put himself through school,
he saw the requirements for contractors as positive. Upon returning to his home state some five years later, he noticed
that these same regulations were missing and that the evidence of our legislature's failures were evident all over the
newspapers. Headlines with stories of jobs never finished or never started were everywhere. This gave him the
impetus to start his on company that would put the customer first. The idea that the contractor would act as a consultant,
an ally and a liaison for the homeowner to the tumultuous and hidden world of the trades.
